1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GG Central's website, facilities, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services independently. Players under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Booking Information: To reserve a session you will be asked to provide your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
3. Use of Services and Facilities
Bookings and Payments:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Payment is collected at the front desk when you arrive. No online payment is required to make a reservation
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced session time
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us as soon as possible at info@ggcentral.ca or by phone
- No-shows may forfeit their reserved time slot
4. Facility Rules and Conduct
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all, you agree to:
- Respect Others: Treat all staff, players, and guests with courtesy and respect
- No Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated
- Equipment Care: Handle all equipment with care; damage caused by misuse will result in repair or replacement charges
- Food and Drink: Consume food and beverages only in designated areas; no liquids near equipment
- Personal Belongings: GG Central is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
- Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities, substance abuse, gambling, or violent behavior
- Software and Content: Do not install unauthorized software or access inappropriate content
- Staff Authority: Follow all instructions from staff; failure to comply may result in removal without refund
5. Tournaments and Competitive Events
GG Central plans to host tournaments and competitive events. Details, rules, registration requirements, and any applicable entry fees will be posted on the Events page for each individual event. By entering an event, participants agree to abide by all event-specific rules.
Conduct: Cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or rule violations may result in immediate disqualification. Staff decisions are final.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our facilities, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GG Central or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
AS-IS Basis: Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that gaming activities may involve physical or mental strain. Use our facilities at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Central, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or CAD $100, whichever is less.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GG Central and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or violation of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@ggcentral.ca to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and GG Central regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
