Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome whenever we have open stations available. However, we strongly recommend booking ahead. Especially on weekends and evenings. To guarantee your spot, you can reserve online through our Booking page.

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM · Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM · Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 AM · Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 AM. Hours may vary on holidays — follow our social media for updates.

Is there an age restriction to enter GG Central?

GG Central is open to all ages. Younger visitors are welcome with parental supervision. We are a gaming lounge, not a bar, so there are no age-gated entry requirements.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

We ask that you refrain from bringing outside food and beverages. We have snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk to keep you fuelled during your session.

How do I pay? Do you accept credit cards?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected at the front desk when you arrive. We accept debit, credit cards, and cash. Online bookings are confirmed at the desk, you do not pay online in advance.

We have a large rotating library of PC and console titles including popular competitive games, AAA titles, and co-op games. Check our Games page for the full catalogue, or feel free to ask staff when you arrive.

What are the PC specs at GG Central?

Our rigs feature an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, and a 27-inch 1440p display running at 180 Hz. Full specs including peripherals are listed on our homepage.

Yes! In addition to our PC stations we have console setups available. Visit our Booking page or contact us to see what console stations are currently available.

Can I book a private session for a group, birthday, or corporate event?

Absolutely. We love hosting group events, birthday parties, team-building activities, and corporate outings. Reach out via our Contact page or email info@ggcentral.ca and we will put together a custom package for you.

We are located at 354 King St N, Waterloo, ON N2J 2Z1. Street parking is available nearby and there are public parking lots within walking distance.
