Online payments for gaming passes and hour credit are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC — Stripe handles that data directly under its own security and compliance standards.
Contact Form Submissions
If you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and message. We use a self-hosted verification check on our contact form to prevent automated spam; this check does not collect or store any personal information.
